Terms of Service — Bitstash
These terms govern use of Bitstash software products and related sites. By using our products or connecting a WhatsApp Business account through our tooling, you agree to them.
- Operator
- Bitstash (“we”, “us”) operates these products from Hong Kong. Contact: hello@bitstash.tech.
- Clinic WA
- Clinic WA is Bitstash’s WhatsApp appointment product for clinics. Each clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business account (for example via Embedded Signup). Bitstash acts as Meta Tech Provider: we send and receive appointment-related messages on Cloud API, sync delivery status, and show conversations in that clinic’s staff inbox. Product surface: clinic.mattclaw.site.
- No medical advice
- Bitstash does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinic WA is appointment and messaging tooling only. WhatsApp is not a confidential clinical channel; clinics and staff must not treat it as one. Aligns with our Privacy Policy.
- Staff accounts
- Clinic staff sign in with accounts issued for that clinic (for example Keycloak on the product site). You are responsible for credentials, authorised users, and activity under those accounts. Facebook Login is not required for staff access today.
- Acceptable use
- Use products only for lawful clinic operations (bookings, reminders, patient replies). Do not abuse Meta or WhatsApp APIs, spam, spoof identity, access another clinic’s data, or use Platform Data for advertising. Follow Meta’s terms and policies for WhatsApp Business.
- Liability
- Products are provided as-is for operational messaging. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitstash is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, clinical outcomes, or WhatsApp/Meta platform outages. Nothing here excludes liability that Hong Kong law does not allow to be limited.
- Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Contact hello@bitstash.tech for questions. Related: Privacy Policy and User data deletion instructions.
