Privacy Policy — Bitstash
Bitstash (“we”) builds software products for businesses, including products that use the WhatsApp Business Platform so client businesses can message their own customers.
- What we process
- Depending on the product: account and contact details for client staff; WhatsApp Business account identifiers and message metadata needed to send and receive messages and show delivery status; message content handled only to provide the client’s service (for example appointment confirmations, reminders, and support replies).
- How we use it
- Only to operate and support the product for that client. We do not use Meta Platform Data for advertising. We do not share one client’s data with another client.
- WhatsApp / Meta
- Client businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business accounts (for example via Embedded Signup). Message handling follows Meta’s terms and policies. WhatsApp is not a confidential medical channel; clients must not treat it as one.
- Retention & security
- We keep data only as long as needed for the service and legal obligations, and use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.
- Your rights
- Hong Kong PDPO rights may apply. Contact hello@bitstash.tech for access, correction, or deletion requests.
- Changes
- We may update this page; the “Last updated” date will change when we do.
